I know that 1st hand because when I became an Agent in 1993 we had moved many times as a Family, so I decided right away that I wanted to specialize in helping to make the selling process as stress-free, lucrative and successful as possible for my Clients.

As the years went by and the real estate market changed and evolved into a technology driven business, I realized that as one Agent alone, I could not provide all the services that my clients needed in order to get the best possible results from their move. No one person can!

To that end, I formed a Team of people with individual strengths and expertise who would ensure that we could provide the absolute best service to our clients.

From our initial meeting to the closing table, I am YOUR Agent and and will be there for you every step of the way! And to get us to the closing table and the hundreds of tasks need to be handled to get there, I have outstanding Team Members who help me coordinate it all for you!

How many homes have you sold in the past year and what was the dollar volume?

Do you have an Assistant that can handle the paperwork and monitor all the various websites to ensure that they are always functioning properly?

Will my home be showcased as a “Featured Home” on - the National Association of Realtor’s website - and the country’s #1 Website?

Will my home be placed on over 700 different websites, including the most visual websites — Zillow, Trulia,, NY Times, Wall Street Journal, and HGTV?

How will you network my home to the Real Estate community so that Agents get their Buyers excited about my home?

Will my home have its own individual website?  How will buyers find it?

Will you provide color flyers with interior photos on the yard sign for local buyers to take?

What information will you include in the Property Brochure in our home that buyers can take with them? Will each one include School Information?

Will we have a Town Directory of websites in our Brochure for out-of-area buyers to preview?

In what way, and how often, will you communicate the work that is being done on my home and how will you keep me abreast of the current market?

Can you provide me with a list of Satisfied Clients that I may personally contact?
